Outdoor Leader Skills training is a hands-on program developed to give adult leaders the practical outdoor skills they need to lead Scouts in the out-of-doors. Imagine having hands-on knowledge setting up a campsite, pitching a tent, hiking, outdoor cooking - all the skills necessary to see the outdoor program of the Boy Scouts of America come to life.

The Palisades Program Kick-Off will be August 7th at Immanuel Baptist Church located on Tates Creek Rd in Lexington, KY.  The Program Kick-Off will begin at 7:00 pm tentatively in the Fellowship Hall pending the finishing of its remodeling.  All units should plan to attend to receive information on membership, upcoming fall and spring events, program calendars, and much more.
