A TIME FOR THANKSGIVING

Don’t forget that this is a time for “Dont be a Turkey”, so Troop 877 is having thier annual “Food Drive” from Oct 29, 2008 to Nov 18, 2008. We will be collecting at our charter church and at local churches here in Prestonsburg, Ky. There are many needy families in our area that may not have enough for the holidays. If you would like to help, please feel free to bring non-perishable food to the First Presbyterian Church every Tuesdays from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm until Nov 18, 2008. Please don’t bring in “GLASS ITEMS”,  for that these will break.

It’s Leadership Learning Time

Have you ever wanted to be a better leader in your church, school, troop, crew?  Are you thinking about running for a Chapter or Lodge office?  Do you want to spend a day of fun and fellowship with your brother  arrowmen?  Then LLD  is for you!  LLD stands for Lodge Leadership Development and it is being held at Camp Mckee on November 15th.  Don’t miss this excellent opportunity to  have fun with friends learning  new  leadership skills?  I highly recommend LLD for all Lodge members, it is great!  See you there!
